We blast, coat, and fabricate steel sheet pile for seawalls, bulkheads, cofferdams, and flood control.
Corrosion Protection for Sheet Piling
All three of Regal's facilities can blast and coat sheet piles up to 100 feet long. We can apply complete coating systems or zone the pile according to the project specification.
Coating Systems
Zinc-rich primer
Galvanic protection under a barrier topcoat. Standard on DOT and infrastructure work.
Epoxy and urethane
Barrier system with a UV-stable topcoat where the wall stays visible above grade.
Coal tar epoxy
Immersion and buried service. Long-standing performer in the splash zone.
Glass flake epoxy
Where sediment and debris abrade the coating off a standard film.
Metallizing
Zinc or 85/15 arc spray where the wall has to last decades without a maintenance window.

Sheet Pile Fabrication
Most walls need more than plain sections. We can cut, burn, weld, and fabricate in the same shop that coats them.
- Cut to length and splice
- Notch, cope, and burn hand holes
- Weld on walers, cap channels and cap plates
- Tie rod anchors, driving heads, and anode pads
- Custom corners, bent plate, and welded PS interlocks
- Assembled into pairs
