Automated and Manual Blasting

Each of our facilities runs automated 8-wheel blast machines and multiple blast rooms. Donora also runs an automated plate line that blasts up to 2-7/8" thick, 120" wide, and 960" long, with the option to prime in the same pass.

Verification

Surface Profile Testing

Cleanliness is only half of it. The coating needs an anchor profile in the range the manufacturer specifies, and that gets measured and recorded before anything is applied.

Readings are taken and documented by AMPP / NACE certified coating inspectors, Levels 1, 2, and 3.
